Job Description for L2 associates
Overview
The L2 associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our delivery partners. To our delivery partners, you ARE Amazon. L2 Associates are expected to identify delivery partner concerns, troubleshoot issues, and suggest process improvements.
Responsibilities
1. Communicate effectively and professionally at all times.
2. Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partners.
3. Manage sensitive cases by escalating appropriately.
4. Demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
5. Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics.
6. Identify trends and suggest process improvements through logical reasoning.
Basic Qualifications
* Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to clearly understand and articulate customer issues.
* Strong concentration and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Proficiency with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer.
* Excellent typing skills and website navigation proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
* Logistics background or experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Excel.
