Are you a legal professional within the real estate sector looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join our prestigious UK Real Estate Disputes practice. This is a unique opportunity to play a strategic role in a practice independently ranked No. 1 by Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners UK. The vacancy is open to in-house or private practice lawyers from both a contentious and non-contentious real estate background.
About the Role:
As a Senior Knowledge Lawyer, you will be embedded within our Real Estate Disputes practice but work with colleagues across all teams supporting our Real Estate Sector practice. You will drive forward an innovative knowledge strategy and help develop knowledge tools, resources, and training to ensure our lawyers stay ahead of legal developments, maintain a strong market presence, and leverage the latest legal technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Knowledge Content: Create and enhance knowledge resources, including template documents and practice guides
* Current Awareness: Monitor legal developments and communicate them effectively across the firm
* Training: Develop and coordinate engaging training programmes internally and for clients
* Business Development: Work with Marketing professionals to enhance our firm's brand through innovative knowledge use and directory rankings
* KM Technology: Champion innovation and trial new products, including AI

Essential Experience and Qualifications:
* Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years' experience in real estate sector (in Private Practice, Government, or Industry)

* Passion for innovation and enthusiasm for new technology
