As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be instrumental in delivering personalised learning and development programmes. Supporting adults in a variety of activities, including life skills development, vocational training, and community outings.
Working collaboratively with our team to implement individualised support plans that promote independence and social inclusion.
Assisting our learners in accessing community facilities and activities, which requires a full UK driving licence.
Fostering a safe, supportive, and positive environment where every individual is empowered to make their own choices.
Previous experience, either professional or personal, in supporting autistic individuals.
A patient, empathetic, and resilient individual with a genuine desire to help others.
A full, valid UK driving licence and willingness to drive service users is an essential requirement for this position.
