We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our culinary operations. Duties
* Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production, preparation, and presentation.
* Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
* Develop menus that reflect seasonal availability and customer preferences while managing food costs effectively.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Implement training programs for new hires to uphold culinary standards and hospitality values.

* Extensive experience in food production, cooking, and serving within a restaurant setting.
* Strong management skills with proven supervising experience in a kitchen environment.
* Culinary experience with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
