The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and
executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that effectively reach our target
audience and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in content creation, particularly in the areas of graphics, images, and
videos, as well as a solid understanding of technical digital marketing principles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Creation: Develop high-quality graphics, images, and videos that
align with our brand identity and messaging.
* Create engaging social media content that resonates with our target
audience.
* Produce informative and persuasive marketing materials, such as brochures,
presentations, and whitepapers.
* Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
* Track and measure campaign performance to optimize results using analytics tools.
* Technical Digital Marketing: Implement SEO strategies to improve website
visibility and organic search rankings.
* Manage paid search advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic.
* Utilize social media advertising platforms to reach specific demographics and
interests.
* Optimize website performance for mobile devices and ensure a positive user experience.
* Conduct A/B testing to identify and implement website improvements.
* Brand Management: Ensure consistency in our brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure alignment and support marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
* Proven experience in content creation, particularly in graphics, images, and videos.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including technical aspects.
* Experience with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and website
optimisation.
* Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
* Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
