We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our well-established client based in Kings Hill.
The aim of this role is to deliver 5-star service and support to both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services or an office-based customer service environment. Candidates must be able to drive to the location, unless they reside in Kingshill.
Duties for this position include:
1. Respond to customer enquiries in a professional, timely manner and efficient manner in line with the client’s internal standards
2. Participate in active communications between the Customer Service teams
3. Obtain a high level of knowledge around the company’s systems, processes, and products with a view to becoming a point reference for queries and being able to identity and/or resolve issues and problems
4. Be proactive and recognise sales opportunities and pass these onto the relevant teams to increase business.
5. High level of data entry and cross-referencing information
6. Maintain and be aware of relevant internal policies and comply with these
The successful candidate will have:
7. Previous experience with telephone customer service
8. Financial services industry experience (Desirable)
9. Excellent time management skills
10. Can articulate to a high level both written and verbally
11. Great organisational and telephone skills are essential
12. Strong IT skills and be able to work professionally whilst under pressure
13. Great team player skills with a positive attitude
14. Competent in communicating with all levels of staff/team members
15. Positive attitude with the ambition to exceed targets
