Salary: up to £65,000 basic + £185,000 OTE + car allowance

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager from within the housebuilding industry who enjoys leading by example, coaching others, and ensuring customers receive the very best journey when buying their new home.
You’ll be part of a collaborative Sales and Marketing team and report directly to the Sales and Marketing Director.
What you’ll be doing
1. Leading, inspiring, and mentoring on-site Sales Negotiators.
2. Developing sales strategies and ensuring sites run smoothly from launch to completion.
3. Working closely with the marketing team to deliver high-quality campaigns and customer experiences.
4. Managing pricing, reporting, and market research to keep ahead of trends.
