Role Overview:
As a Part-Time Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse during your scheduled shifts. You’ll manage a small team, ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately, and maintain a well-organised warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead the warehouse team during weekend operations.
* Ensure all orders are processed, picked, and packed accurately and efficiently.
* Manage stock levels and assist with stock organisation and replenishment.
* Oversee health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
* Handle any issues or challenges that arise, providing practical solutions.
* Maintain a clean and organised warehouse space.
About You
* Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment, ideally in a supervisory role.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive and hands-on approach to managing tasks and people.
* Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
