Senior Patrons Manager - London, W1J 0BDSalary: £41,000The Royal Academy of Arts is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Patrons Manager to join our Philanthropy Team.The Senior Patrons Manager will identify, cultivate and recruit individuals for the RA’s Patron scheme; specifically, those at a higher level of patronage, developing strong and enduring relationships to ensure high retention, yield and income targets are met.About YouTo be considered for this role, you will have a significant track record in donor, membership or client relationship management.You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills, with an engaging communication style. Stakeholder and relationship management skills are key to the success of this role; you will have demonstrable ability to deepen relationships, reduce churn and build loyalty over time.Excellent knowledge of the London and international art scene is essential, as is confidence working with high-net-worth individuals and senior stakeholders.Due to the nature of this role, flexibility to work evenings, early mornings, occasional Saturdays and attend trips and external cultural events is required.
