WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
We are looking for an SAP Systems Analyst to join the Operational Applications team on a full-time basis. You’ll play a key role in driving improvements across business-critical applications including SAP S/4HANA, SAP FSM, Ariba, Ortec and Paragon.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with technical and business teams to design effective system solutions
* Supporting system changes, enhancements, and upgrades
* Assisting in root cause analysis of recurring issues
* Ensuring a smooth transition from change to business-as-usual
* Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...
* Solid experience working with SAP systems in modules like Finance, Logistics, FSM or Engineering
* Proven analytics and trouble shooting skills
* Experience delivering changes and updates in SAP environments
* Confident communication skills and stakeholder engagement
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Experience with third-party vendors and outsourced support models is desirable
* Familiarity with ITIL and workshop facilitation is a plus
