Job Description
Programme Manager required on an initial 12-month FTC by a leading Financial Services client based in Leeds. This is a hybrid role with 2 days / week on site.
The salary on offer is up to £70,000 + 15% on-target bonus + excellent benefits package.
This is a critical role, responsible for the coordination and successful delivery of multiple complex programmes and projects across a range of business functions. The Programme Manager will ensure alignment with overall group strategy, drive progress toward key goals, and track the realisation of business benefits. You will collaborate closely with the Executive and Management teams, as well as Heads of Portfolio across the Group, ensuring effective stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and delivery assurance.
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following:
1. Proven track record in leading large-scale, complex transformation programmes
2. Strong experience in programme budget management and cost control
3. Deep change management expertise across multiple business areas
4. Exposure to IT / Operations or Regulatory transformation initiatives
5. Recognised Project Management certification (e.g. APM, PMP, Prince2)
6. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
