Julian Bowen Limited is a leading furniture wholesaler at the forefront of the volume furniture market in the UK and Southern Ireland, based in the East Midlands. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Product Administrator to provide vital day-to-day support within our fast-paced new product development team. This is a role for someone who can stay organised, handle multiple tasks and support leadership by taking care of essential tasks to strict deadlines.
Specific responsibilities will include:
* Liaise with a global supplier base to retrieve key product information.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure the product portfolio runs efficiently from sourcing to delivery.
* Maintain organized and comprehensive product database with both digital and physical filing systems.
* Support data entry and record-keeping tasks.
* Assist with the preparation of regular reports and assessments to aid decision making.
Skills and Experience
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Familiarity with PIM's & Sage 200 (not essential)
* Demonstrable attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay organised without constant supervision.
