Key Responsibilities:
* Support, coach, and develop the app team to maintain best practice standards
* Own the day-to-day development of the front-facing elements of the company's native apps
* Continually improve the shopping experience for a wide variety of users globally
* Gatekeep the versions and change history to ensure timely deployment of tested updates and features
* Adopt best practices for designing retail eCommerce apps
Job Requirements:
* Proficiency in Android app development, with experience in Kotlin and/or Swift
* An eye for design and attention to detail with a focus on enhancing customer experience
* Experience in a similar app development role or a readiness for career progression
* Strong self-organisation and time management skills
