About the Role:
As a full-time EYFS teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the early learning experiences of young children. You’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons that nurture personal, social, and academic development while fostering a love for learning. Working alongside a dedicated team of teaching assistants, you will create a dynamic and inclusive environment where every child thrives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to meet the needs of EYFS students.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment.
* Assess and track student progress using a variety of assessment tools and strategies.
* Collaborate with parents and carers to support each child's development.
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school activities.
* Encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning through innovative teaching methods.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified teacher with a recognised EYFS qualification (QTS or equivalent).
* A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting young learners.
* Experience in planning and delivering the EYFS curriculum.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* A patient, creative, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
* A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
