Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire
Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 (pro rata, depending on experience)
Contract: Term-Time Only, Full-Time
Start Date: September 2025
About the Role:

Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with special educational needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, communication or learning difficulties)
*
Support academic, emotional and behavioural development with guidance from the SENCo and teaching staff
*
Adapt learning tasks and use strategies such as visuals, sensory tools, and structured routines
*
Build trust, confidence, and consistency for pupils who need extra care
