The Role
As an IT Technician, you will :
* Provide technical support to staff and students across the school.
* Maintain, install, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
* Support the management of user accounts, printers, and classroom technology.
* Ensure all ICT equipment is in good working order and maintained efficiently.
* Assist with upgrades, data backups, and IT asset management.
Requirements
* Has previous experience in an IT support or technician role, ideally in an educational setting.
* Possesses strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and common software.
* Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Is organised, efficient, and able to prioritise workloads effectively.
* Has a proactive approach and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
