Children's Home Manager / Leeds / Up to £60,000
This role is open to both Deputy Managers looking for the next step in their career or experienced Registered Managers looking to join a forward-thinking company.
Responsibilities
* Registered Manager – Responsible for the safe and effective management of a children's home
* Support children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
* Work with the RI to ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and company standards
* The service is currently rated Good by OFSTED
* Manage, recruit, develop and supervise staff team, ensuring all children have child-focused support, creating positive outcomes
* Manage safeguarding concerns
* Manage the home's budget
* The service is based in Leeds
* Full-time, permanent contract
Salary
Up to £60,000
Requirements
* Level 5 in leadership and management
* Level 3 in children and young people
* Driving Licence
* Deputy or Registered Manager experience
