Working alongside our talented Head Chef, our client is looking for a Sous Chef who can assist in the running of a dynamic kitchen team at this beautifully refurbished hotel. You will support in the day-to-day kitchen operation, leading the team in the Head Chef's absence, and assisting with designing and delivering innovative menus. You will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene at all times. The ideal Sous Chef will have a high volume function background, bringinh creativity, energy, and precision to the kitchen, with the ability to thrive under pressure. You will have a genuine passion for food and will have the communication and leadership skills to mentor the junior chefs around you. Candidates should either have previous Sous Chef experience or be a strong Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie, looking to take the next step up in their career.
