Now with a very established team in place they are seeking to appoint a talented Operations Director, a senior position within the company working closely with and reporting directly into the Managing Director. Day to day in the role of Operations Director you will: Provide strategic leadership of all roofing and cladding operations, overseeing project delivery through to completion, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality standards, and HSEQ requirements are consistently met across projects. Manage and develop operational teams including contracts managers and site managers driving performance, productivity, and a strong safety-first culture. Work closely with the Managing Director and commercial teams to support tender strategy, risk management, and continuous improvement, using operational insight to improve margins, streamline processes, and support the companies sustainable growth Our ideal Operations Director will be: A hands on leader who enjoys getting stuck into projects, improving efficiency and streamlining process wherever possible Organised, data-driven and able to see improvement opportunities throughout the process saving time and money from start to finish An experienced and commercially astute roofing and cladding professional with a proven track record of leading multi-site operations, driving high-quality project delivery, and building strong, safety-focused teams within the construction sector.
