Teaching Personnel is recruiting Welsh-speaking Classroom Supervisor to support secondary schools in the Cardiff area. All lesson materials are provided – your role is to deliver and supervise learning in a calm, engaging environment. ✅ What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and supervise classes when the teacher is absent. Deliver pre-prepared lessons – no planning or qualifications needed! Keep pupils focused and on task throughout the day. Promote good behaviour and support positive learning outcomes. Offer assistance to pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) as required. Maintain a safe, tidy and well-organised classroom. Provide feedback to teaching staff about the lesson or any issues. We’re Looking For: Fluent Welsh speaker (essential). Confident communicator with a calm, approachable attitude. Good classroom or group management skills. Adaptable and dependable with a genuine passion for education. Awareness of safeguarding and child protection (full training provided). Ideal for People Who: Are on a gap year and want to gain hands-on experience. Are considering a career change and exploring education. Have coaching, tutoring, mentoring, or youth work experience.
