Service care solutions are currently working with a law firm who have offices across the country and are considered one of the largest regional legal service businesses in the UK. They are seeking an experience Legal Partner specialising in Employment law to join their team in the Manchester office.
This role pays a competitive salary of £100,000 - £140,000 annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities as a Legal Partner:
* Advise employers on all aspects of employment and labor law, including - Employment contracts and policies, Terminations, redundancies, and restructurings, Workplace investigations and disciplinary matters, Discrimination, harassment, and whistleblowing issues, Collective labor relations and trade union matters
* Represent clients in employment litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings
* Provide strategic, risk-based advice aligned with clients’ commercial objectives
