An exciting opportunity has arisen to work at a successful school within the Pioneer Federation in East Sussex. Nutley Church of England Primary School is looking to recruit a school Office Administrator to work five days a week (32.5 hours). Nutley is a beautiful rural school situated on the Ashdown Forest. As part of the Pioneer Federation, you will be working in a supportive team which includes fantastic pupils and wonderfully supportive parents. The Pioneer Federation is a federation of eight rural schools, each with their own office administration team and a central finance team. The office teams work closely with each other to share good practice and systems. As the school administrator, you will be a key front of house person welcoming visitors to the school and on the phone. You will also support the Head of School with general administrative tasks (see Job Description attached). As part of the role, you will also act as the Health and Safety Administrator at Nutley and oversee the Single Central Record (training will be provided).
