We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader who can lead, motivate, and encourage the wider team to deliver an exceptional guest experience at The Merchant.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Working alongside the management team to bring our shared vision to life.
2. Helping maintain smooth operations and consistency.
3. Fostering a warm and welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable and valued.
