Specific Hours: 38 hours per week
Salary:
* Unqualified: Up to £32,375.89 (including sleep-in shifts)
* Qualified: Up to £33,640.53 (including sleep-in shifts)

We are excited to invite passionate individuals to join our residential homes as Residential Childcare Workers!
Your Role
As a vital member of our team, you will work in a children's residential home, supporting young people with challenging behaviors. We’re looking for someone who is:

This permanent role offers excellent career prospects and a comprehensive training program within our expanding company. You’ll work an average of 38 hours per week, following a 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, including 2 sleep-ins. Plus, enjoy generous allowances for bank holidays, overtime, and a performance-related bonus scheme!
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills:
* Full manual driving license
* Ability to work independently with high accuracy
* Strong interpersonal skills and a positive team player
* Capability to maintain clear and neat records
* Empathetic nature
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to engage, motivate, and encourage young people
Desirable Skills:
* Previous experience working with young people
* Willingness to work towards a fully funded Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People (or already qualified)
