Job Title: Nursery Lunch Cover
Location: Kilnbrook House, Rose Kiln Lane Reading, RG2 0BY
Salary: Up to £14 per hour
Hours: 4-day and 5-day working options
Reports to: Room Leader/Nursery Manager

* Be Yourself: Demonstrate self-awareness in interactions, adapt your approach to individual children, and reflect on how your support impacts their wellbeing.

What You Bring
* Passion for Early Years Education: Genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
* Knowledge of EYFS: Understanding of child development, Birth to 5 Matters, and the EYFS curriculum.
* Qualified & Experienced: A Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare and GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 (or equivalent).
* Build Strong Relationships: Form bonds with children and families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
* Team Player: Excellent communication skills, ability to give/receive feedback, and a proactive approach.
