Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join one of our welcoming partner primary schools in the Garstang area. This is a full-time position, starting immediately, supporting pupils across Key Stage 2.
The Role
As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support learning across Year 3–Year 6
* Work with pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
* Assist the class teacher with daily classroom tasks
* Help create a positive, engaging learning environment
* Support behaviour, emotional well-being, and academic progress
We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children (school-based preferred but not essential)
* A caring, patient and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Someone available full time and able to start ASAP
* A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
