Job Description


The Invigilator is responsible for overseeing examinations and ensuring that they are conducted fairly and according to established rules and regulations. This includes monitoring the exam environment, assisting students with questions related to exam protocols, and ensuring the integrity of the examination process.Main Responsibilites- Arrive promptly and prepare the examination venue according to the guidelines.- Verify the identity of students and ensure that they are seated according to seating plans.- Ensure that all examination materials are distributed appropriately.- Monitor students during the examination to ensure compliance with examination rules.- Address any incidents of misconduct or academic dishonesty, following the established protocol.- Provide assistance to students with questions related to the exam procedures, but not content.- Remain vigilant and attentive throughout the duration of the exam to ensure a quiet and controlled environment.- Collect and account for all examination materials after the exam is completed.- Assist with the coordination of breaks during longer exams, ensuring all protocols are followed.- Report any issues or incidents to the Exam Officer or relevant authority.- To ensure full day attendance during all school mock exam periods and the entirety of Public Exams. Dates will be confirmed during July for the following academic year.
