What We’re Looking For:
A motivated and organised Chef de Partie with experience in quality-driven
kitchens and a genuine passion for flavour-led food. You’ll confidently run
your section, prep ahead of service, check stock, and uphold exceptional food
presentation and hygiene. You’re a team player who communicates clearly,
supports others during busy services, and helps guide junior team members. With
a love for seasonal produce and consistency, you’ll shine in a fast-paced,
professional kitchen environment.
