Shift- Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00
Location- Onsite, Lincoln
Salary- £45,428 per annum
Are you an experienced leader in despatch operations looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced FMCG environment? Were looking for two Despatch Managers across our Prepared and Mash divisions to lead and manage our despatch function in each factory, ensuring efficient operations that meet customer, quality, and safety standardswhile inspiring and leading a high-performing team.
The Opportunity
As Despatch Manager, youll play a pivotal role in ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, resources are optimised, and operations meet both internal and external standards including BRC and customer audits. Youll also be a key voice in driving continuous improvement across our despatch processes.
