What you will do
1. Investigations: Lead and manage complex investigations into allegations of misconduct, including fraud, corruption, and other unethical behaviors. For less complex investigations (conducted by the business) ensure investigations are conducted thoroughly, impartially, and in a timely manner. Prepare investigation reports and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate cross-functionally across Legal, HR, IT Security and business teams to gather evidence, and to coordinate the investigation and any subsequent case management actions. Support the Ethics & Investigations Director in the assessment and triage of incoming allegations to determine investigation response and prioritisation of case intake.
2. Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
3. Reporting and Communication: Report findings of investigations to key stakeholders. Maintain confidential records of all investigations and compliance activities. Support the development of an effective reporting framework across the group, including development of key performance indicators and benchmarking.
4. Leadership and Strategy: Support the Ethics & Investigations Director in developing a comprehensive ethics programme and governance framework, including updates to the Tetra Laval Group Code of Conduct, Whistle-blowing policy, and associated procedures. Collaborate with the Industry Group Governance teams to provide guidance and support the effective implementation of the group framework and promote an ethical culture, including training and awareness as required.
5. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes. Recommend and assist in the implementation of improvements to the ethics and compliance programs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and ethical behavior across the group.
