Freelance Site Manager – Drylining Package (Bournemouth, 6-Month Contract) We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a large drylining package in Bournemouth. You will be working on behalf of the main contractor, with day-to-day responsibility for supervising quality, installation, and overall progress of the drylining works. Key Responsibilities * Supervise the drylining package on site, ensuring high-quality standards. * Coordinate and oversee installation activities. * Monitor progress to ensure works are delivered on schedule. * Maintain strict health & safety compliance on site. * Liaise effectively between subcontractors, trades, and the main contractor. Requirements * Previous experience as a dryliner looking to move into management or proven experience managing drylining packages for a subcontractor or main contractor. * Strong technical knowledge of drylining installation and quality standards. * Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage subcontractors and drive productivity.
