Taps UK is a successful online retailer of kitchen and bathroom products, and we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team. If you are a team player who is confident, polite, and professional, we want to hear from you.
While previous experience is helpful, it is not essential. We offer full training on our products and operating systems, making this an ideal role for someone looking to enter the industry.
Your Duties:
Handling multi-channel customer enquiries (email, live chat, phone, collections)
Resolving customer problems and processing returns/exchanges.
Liaising with suppliers on stock availability and delivery lead times.
General office administration and systems processing.
Your Entitlements:
Salary: £12.35 per hour (£25,688.00 per annum).
Holiday: 20 Days + Bank Holidays.
