The other side is the upscale Crowne Plaza London- Heathrow Hotel with 304 elegant bedrooms, 13 suites and 4 high-tech meeting rooms. The hotel boasts a variety of exciting food and beverage outlets, including a Club Lounge and offers a 24-hour fitness studio. It has ample parking for both guests and employees.
A bit about what you will do...
Night Managers in our team play a crucial role in overseeing the hotels overnight operations, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across all departments. Their leadership and ability to perform under pressure are key in maintaining our excellent service and safety for our guests.
Deliver and maintain excellent levels of customer service.
Ensure the security of the hotel throughout the night.
Conduct regular health and safety checks.
Manage and respond to any incidents or accidents involving guests or team members.
Provide operational support to all departments as needed.
