What will this role include?

The ideal candidate will have/be:
* Over 5 years’ experience in B2B publishing, digital marketing, and audience development, focused on growth and engagement.
* HubSpot certified, with advanced knowledge of workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and reporting.
* Proven team leader with experience mentoring across campaigns and marketing operations.
* Strong record of improving conversion rates and ROI through data-led strategies.
* Analytical, with expertise in GA4 and attribution modelling.
* Experienced in agency management, budgeting, and performance tracking.
* Collaborative communicator, confident working with sales, content, and design teams.
* Highly organised, balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
