About the Role
If you love customer service and are motivated by making life easier for others, you'll enjoy working at our client's professional contact centre based in Coventry, where helping people is always the top priority. Enjoy a Monday - Friday schedule with 37.5 hours per week, between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.
You will need to use your initiative, problem-solving, and analytical skills to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
Role Responsibilities:
* Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure swift and complete resolution to issues, escalating when necessary
* Prepare clear, comprehensive, and informed response emails
* Handle customer escalations; ensure call-backs are completed on the same day or by the end of the next business day
* Take inbound calls to guide customers to their case handlers
* Deal with calls professionally, compliantly, and efficiently
* Identify areas for improvement to enhance the customer experience
* Participate in training sessions as requested
* Keep accurate and up-to-date records of complaints
* Communicate with B2B customers regarding their accounts and assist with general inquiries
Experience required:
* Ability to demonstrate complaint and resolution handling
* Strong customer service, negotiation, and resolution skills
* Good organization and time management skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Willingness to take ownership of issues and go the extra mile
