Key responsibilities include:
* Creating lasting impressions by welcoming clients warmly and professionally.
* Developing in-depth product knowledge and educating clients.
* Building strong client relationships and providing personalized recommendations.
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets through consultative selling.
* Collaborating on visual merchandising to showcase our collections effectively.
Requirements:
* Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods or jewellery.
* Knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals (JET qualification advantageous).
* Excellent interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
* Strong sales track record with target achievement.
* Flexibility in working hours.
