* Leading and coaching a team to deliver efficient job scheduling and service delivery
* Managing workloads, priorities, and escalations
* Supporting engineers and operational teams to hit targets and SLAs
* Using data and systems to track performance and improve delivery
* Driving a strong, customer-focused team culture

* Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Confident communicator used to working in fast-paced operations
* Good understanding of service delivery, compliance, and H&S
