Graduate Programme Overview
The 24‑month Industrial Transformation Graduate Programme is designed to give you the experience, knowledge and skills to become a competent and confident professional engineer. You will work across key departments – Automation Transformation, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation and Technology Transformation – and will contribute to UK manufacturers’ digitalisation and sustainability.
Responsibilities
* Work with cutting‑edge technologies on live projects from the start.
* Collaborate with industry experts to solve engineering challenges.
* Support the development and demonstration of new technologies at an industrial scale.
* Engage with professional bodies and work towards Chartership with financial support.
Qualifications
* Accredited bachelor’s degree (2:1 minimum) in a relevant STEM subject such as Robotics, Mechatronics, Autonomous Systems, Product Design, Material Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Supply Chain Management, Business Strategy, Business Analytics, Accounting, Sustainability Finance or similar.
* Enthusiasm for continued personal development and learning new things.
* Strong communication skills – ability to present technical data to non‑technical audiences clearly and confidently.

4. Face‑to‑face assessment centre at either Coventry or Liverpool.
5. Offer stage – onboarding sessions to prepare for Day 1 (September 2026).
