Qualifications
* Experience in a sales or customer-facing role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Polished, professional appearance with a friendly, welcoming attitude
* IT skills – experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Responsibilities
* Promote and sell exclusive membership packages
* Give prospective members tours of our luxury facilities
* Engage with and build relationships to maintain long-term customer loyalty
* Work towards and exceed sales targets
* Handle administration tasks, including membership paperwork and database updates
