Rate of pay: $15.00 – $19.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning, coordination, execution and implementation of programs activities and initiatives in assigned focus area.
* Provide direct instruction, coaching and supervision of participants.
* Attend and actively participate in branch initiatives, outreach, trainings, and staff meetings as assigned.
* Effectively communicate with participants, parents and members.
* Identify opportunities for program improvement and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
* Monitor and assess participant progress; maintain accurate records related to program activities and outcomes.
* Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Must be flexible and able to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Multi-lingual skills.
* Experience working with children, youth, and families. Youth programming, coaching, or instruction field.
* One-year experience in related program field.
