Schedule: Flexible, choose your own hours, ideally 20 hours per week, but can depend on project availability.

What You’ll Work On
Projects may include:
* SaaS and cloud services agreements
* Vendor and supplier contracts
* NDAs and confidentiality agreements
* Data processing agreements (DPAs)
* Commercial terms and conditions
* Technology licensing agreements
* AI-related commercial terms and compliance matters
* General contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining
Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
* Advise clients on legal risk, contract strategy, and negotiation points
* Deliver accurate, business-focused legal guidance with efficient turnaround times
* Support technology companies on complex commercial and regulatory matters
* Work independently while maintaining high-quality legal standards
Ideal Background
* Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales, in good standing
* 5+ years of experience handling commercial contracts
* Background at a top-tier law firm and/or as in-house counsel at a technology company
* Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements
* Experience advising on SaaS, cloud, data privacy, IP licensing, or AI-related matters is highly preferred
* Ability to manage projects independently and meet tight deadlines
* Professional liability (malpractice) insurance preferred
