Role Description
The RTM role is a Senior Management Team (SMT) position, managing the Renewals team on a day-to-day basis. The RTM will be responsible for all day-to-day management of the team in achieving the Net Renewal Rate (NRR) and Gross Renewal Rate (GRR) targets for the team monthly. In addition to the day-to-day management of the team, the RATM will also work closely with the Customer Success and Renewals Director. The RTM will have the accountability and responsibility for ensuring their Renewal AMs/Senior RAMs achieve their individual KPIs, metrics, and deliverables on a weekly and monthly basis, which will support the overall delivery of the Renewal targets. The RTM will also be responsible for a small customer base of our more prestigious accounts to renew.
Qualifications
* Experience in team management, supervision, and leadership
* 5+ years' experience working within a Customer Success / Renewals environment (or equivalent)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in managing databases and generating reports
* Experience in client relations and handling client inquiries
* Ability to work on-site in Bath (this is a hybrid role)
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* Experience in the public sector or contract management is a plus
