Primary Teacher - Year 6
This school in the BS9 area is looking for a Year 6 Primary Teacher to join their team at the beginning of September 2025.

The Role
You will be joining a primary school as a Year 6 teacher, working alongside three other teachers, planning and delivering creative and enthusiastic lessons. You will teach English, Maths, and Science in line with the national curriculum, prepare students for end-of-Key Stage 2 assessments, and involve targeted revision and exam strategies. You will record results and report to school leadership and parents, especially for SATs and transition to secondary school. You will create lesson plans, resources, and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEN pupils.
You will be required to:
* Be creative and work collaboratively with other KS2 teachers to plan engaging lessons.
* Have a clear understanding of the KS2 framework and expectations.
* Possess a range of positive behaviour management skills.
* Plan activities both inside and outside the classroom.
* Be enthusiastic about developing children socially, physically, and intellectually.
