NFP Audit Senior
Location: Oldbury
Salary: £38,000 - £42,500
We are working with a leading national audit, tax, advisory, and consulting firm, offering global reach with local expertise. As an independent member of one of the top 10 accounting networks worldwide, this firm serves clients across over 140 countries and 800+ offices globally.
Due to consistent growth, we are currently seeking an Audit Senior to join their dynamic team, with a focus on charity and non-profit organisations. This is a fantastic opportunity to specialise and grow within this rewarding sector.

Your role as an Audit Senior:
* Lead the audit process, managing the on-site audit team under manager supervision, while working directly with Not-For-Profit audit clients.
* Plan, execute, and complete audits in accordance with internal and external requirements.
* Prepare draft reports for senior client management and Audit Committees/Boards.
* Ensure audits are completed on time and within budget, managing client relationships effectively throughout.
* Supervise and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
* Participate in proposals and presentations for new work, contributing to business development.
What you'll need to succeed:
* ACA/ACCA Qualified
* Previous experience with charity audits and the Non-Profit sector (including knowledge of the Charities SORP) is a plus, but not essential.
* A passion for the charity and non-profit sector is highly desirable.
* Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
* Good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
* UK accountancy practice experience.
