Lead the commercial strategy for a breakthrough sustainable materials technology, including:
* Market creation and customer acquisition
* High‑value partnerships with global luxury and consumer brands
* Commercialisation from innovation through to scale
* Global marketing and brand positioning
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver commercial growth and revenue
* Build and lead the commercial function
* Develop scalable go‑to‑market strategies and CRM systems
* Represent the business at industry and client events across Europe
* Ensure customer insight informs product and innovation
Candidate Profile
* B2B sales experience in materials, pigments, dyes, polymers, textiles, beauty, packaging or adjacent sectors
* Track record of introducing new technology to global brands
* Capability to build structure in a scaling environment
* Strong communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills
* European language skills (French, Italian, German) are advantageous
