Head of Key Account Management (Indirect / Corporate Sales)
E1 Partners is recruiting on behalf of a well-established energy company, who are looking for an experienced sales leader to head up their Corporate Sales / Key Account Management function.
You’ll manage a team of Senior Business Development Managers, drive growth in the corporate sector, build strong relationships with end users and TPI partners, and ensure commercial governance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team of SBDMs
* Drive growth across the corporate customer portfolio
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with end users & TPIs
* Oversee commercial performance, P&L impact and operational risk
* Support the introduction of new products and services
* Produce KPI reporting and manage budgets
Experience required:
* Proven experience in high-level sales leadership
* Strong background in Key Account Management
* Experience in the gas/electricity market (essential)
* Excellent relationship building and communication skills
* Confident managing sales targets, performance and strategy
This role offers Hybrid working, the office is based in North London.
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 plus 60%+ bonuses based on Team performance
