About the Role
As Finance Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of all financial operations, while contributing strategically at a senior level. You'll work closely with their Interim Director of Finance and Operational Management Team, leading a skilled finance team and ensuring their work is underpinned by strong financial governance, robust reporting, and insightful analysis.
Who We're Looking For
You are a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CAI, CIPFA or equivalent) with proven experience managing finance teams and leading financial operations. You bring strong analytical skills, a solutions-focused mindset, and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
You'll also bring:
1. Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
2. A deep understanding of financial controls and risk management.
3. Excellent Excel and financial systems skills.
4. A collaborative approach, aligned to our mission and values.
5. Desirable: Charity or not-for-profit experience, knowledge of Charity SORP, or grant/donor financial reporting.
