This partner school is offering temporary to permanent roles and progression onto teacher training. Backed by a large MAT we are looking for ambitious, motivated and passionate educators who want to make a real difference on a day to day basis. Experience of working in a school setting or with young people is advantageous but not essential, Graduates looking to start their journey in education are also encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do:
Support children with special educational needs - 1:1 and in small groups
Help them build focus, confidence, and communication skills
Be a steady, caring presence every single day
Learn how great SEN teaching works - from the ground up
Who You Are:
A graduate in any subject, hungry to work in education
Calm under pressure, kind at heart
Experienced with young people - or ready to jump in
Flexible, positive, and willing to learn
No formal SEN qualifications? No problem - we'll train you
