Key Responsibilities:
* Define the overall solution architecture for Oracle Fusion SCM Modules, integrating with other Oracle Cloud modules (Finance, EPM, Procurement) and external systems.
* Lead the design of business processes across Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management and Supply Chain Planning.
* Ensure that solutions meet performance, scalability and security requirements
* Validate Oracle-recommended leading practices and ensure fit-gap analysis is properly managed
* Provide functional leadership during Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Implementations
* Ensure architecture is aligned with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Middleware and reporting frameworks (OTBI, BI Publisher)
* Define solution governance processes and standards
* Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, supply chain leadership and IT executives
* Present solution options, trade-offs and recommendations
Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
* Extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership roles, with a focus on Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
* Hands on experience in delivering large transformation projects and worked extensive in Public Service Domain in UK & Ireland.
* In depth knowledge of Oracle SaaS/PaaS Cloud application for Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management and Supply Chain Planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Planning Central) business streams.
* Strong experience in designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain solutions
* Ability to manage stakeholders and lead design workshops
Oracle Fusion certifications are desirable
