The Role
As a Support Worker, you'll visit clients in their homes to provide support with daily living, personal care, meals, and medication. You'll offer companionship, dignity, and consistency — helping each person live independently and with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver person-centred home care and companionship
* Support with personal care, medication, and daily activities
* Drive between client visits in the Fife area
* Keep accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement under Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1)
* A caring, patient, and reliable approach
